URA plan fees
BCA plan fees :
- New area: $400/100m2 for basement.
- New area: $300/100m2 for above ground.
- A&A works: $200/storey for residential buildings + new area (if any).
- A&A works: $400/storey for non-residential buildings + new area (if any).
SCDF plan fees :
- New area: $160/100m2
- A&A: $90/storey + new area (if any).
- Change of use: $90/storey
LTA plan (vehicle carpark) fees:
- $10/100m2, subject to minimum $120.

ECM design formula for estimating volume of holding pond

Cr = Coefficient of run off = 0.65
I = Rainfall intensity = 80 mm/hr for 1 in 5 years storem for duration 1 hours
Site area = Area exposed to rain
Treatment plant capacity per hour (m3/hr) = V / 10
Drain capacity = Manning formula Qc = 1/n x AR 2/3S ½ where
Qc = discharge capacity of drain (m3/s)
N = roughness coefficient (n = 0.015 for concrete drain, UPVC = 0.0125)
A = Flow area (m2)
P = wetter perimeter

Notes: Excavation area not more than 10m2 or less and not more than 2m excavation depth = insignificant building works. No need submission to BCA
For works involving sewer pipe and other utility pipes
Pipe internal diameter less than 1m = No need submission to BCA, No need ERSS submission except for ERSS located within construction site with other building works
Pipe internal diameter 1-2m = Need submission to BCA. Need QP structure and AC structure, ERSS requirement: Need ERSS submission, QP structure required for excavation 4m or less , QP structure and AC structure required for > 4-6m excavation
Pipe internal diameter > 2m = Need submission to BCA , Need QP structure, AC struct for cut and cover, and need additional QP geo and AC geo for pipe jacking or tunneling.
