Mr. Samuel Kuan is a certified professional engineer with extensive experience for more than 24 years in design engineering and geotechnical works. Graduated from Monash University Australia in 1989, he has worked for reputable consulting firms such as Maunsell Consultant as Design and Resident Engineer.
He has expertise in structural design in tall building and civil works such as hotel, residential, industrial and office building. He is the QP structural for various popular buildings in Singapore such as IKEA Tampines, Court Tampines and MDIS Queensway Road. In addition, he is deeply involved geotechnical design of deep foundation piles, deep excavations for basement, slope analysis and soil improvements works.
