Established in 1996, PEC Civil Consultant provides a one-stop solution for civil and structural engineering services. Consisting a team of experienced design engineers and drafters, PEC offers various services comprising of technical support to clients and contractors for engineering design. PEC is well-experienced in design for excavation (ERSS), structural design for building, temporary works design, ECM design, periodical building inspection, architectural design (A & A and reconstruction and new building) and alternative design for tendering.
Founded by Mr. Samuel Kuan and his philosophy, “to help customer to succeed”, and achieve never ending improvement. PEC aims to provide value to all our clients while assuring high standards of quality on every project we work on. Our notable achievements includes popular buildings in Singapore such as IKEA Tampines, Court Tampines & MDIS Queensway Road.
